Poggio di San Biagio, an ancient medieval monastery now restored in all its splendour and reclassified under relais & châteaux . It is on the Via Francigena route and was built on the hills of Montalbano, above Poggio di San Biagio, a temple dedicated to Venus in the 1300s and partially destroyed by the Lombards in the years that followed.
